Hello everyone!

We hope you are feeling positive and ready to start learning at home 🙂 We can’t wait to welcome you all back very soon.

Please complete one activity on ActiveLearn every day. We have allocated a few activities to choose from. Please use TTRockstars to practise your times tables.

Literacy:

Use the links below and make notes about what you have read about the 1960s.

Use your brief, precise notes to create a fact file about the 1960s. Use the blank template set on Purple Mash. Please use the links below to help you.

Based on your 1960s findings create an episode of Newsround. This could be recorded or acted out to people at home. Can you teach someone a new fact you have found out?

In the afternoons, we are learning about all the 1960s!

Pick one activity to complete a day.

Start off with creating a front cover with images of significant people, events and fashion during the 1960s and fill in the KWL grid.

For some inspiration look through this PowerPoint.

Fill in this grid. What do you already know? What do you want to find out? Then you need to revisit this grid on Friday and write what you learnt!
