Outdoor Learning In Year 4

In the first few weeks of the term, Year 4 have been getting outside for some of their learning. They have been taking part in team building and problem solving activities. They have also completed Maths and Literacy work outside including building story telling thrones so they can show their abilities to build and link sentences when given random words to work with.

They have also taken part in their first heritage walk of the year visiting Ketley’s War memorial, the site of the the Incline and Squatter’s cottage, considering the route they took and the locations on maps. See in the gallery below.
